BuyerPanel ("BuyerPanel", "we", "us") builds and pre-tests advertising creative and helps you analyze and optimize your ad campaigns. This policy explains what personal data we process, why, and the rights you have. We designed the product to hold as little of your data as possible and to never sell it.
BuyerPanel is the data controller for the account and product data described below. You can reach us any time through our contact form. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, this policy is written to align with the GDPR and UK GDPR.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not build advertising profiles of you.
To generate and score ads, the content you submit (briefs, ad text, images, audience descriptions) is sent to the AI providers you have configured with your own API keys - for example Anthropic, Voyage, OpenAI, fal.ai and HeyGen. Those providers process it under their terms and privacy policies to return a result to you. We pass only what is needed to perform the action you requested. AI outputs can be imperfect or inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
Some providers above are based in the United States or operate globally. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA/UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent recognized mechanism offered by that provider.
We keep your account and content while your account is active. You can delete your content in the app, and you can ask us to delete your account and associated personal data at any time (see Your rights). Security logs are kept for a short period, then discarded. Contact-form messages are kept while relevant to your inquiry.
No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
If you are in the EU/EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on it. To exercise any of these, contact us through the contact form and we will respond within the timeframe required by law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
BuyerPanel is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify you.
